Rick has served as pastor at Westwood Baptist Church since 2002. He is a graduate of Criswell College (B.A. Biblical Studies/Pastoral Ministry). His desire is for believers to grow in knowledge and application of the Word of God and for marriages and families to be a visible testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Rick and his wife of 34 years, Gina, have three sons and five grandchildren.

Josh grew up at Westwood and has been on staff since 2015. He is currently seeking his Bachelors of Religion from the BMA Seminary in Jacksonville, Texas. He hopes that many lives are transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ as the family ministry of Westwood Baptist partners with parents. Josh and Melissa have 4 kids, Norah, Owen, Andrew, and John Mark, and one more arriving this summer!

Gordon has been at Westwood since 2017. Prior to that, he served as senior pastor at a church in the Dallas area for over 5 years and as associate pastor for music and senior adults at several other churches. Gordon and Amy were church planters in the Canary Islands of Spain, with the International Mission Board, SBC from 2001-2005 . They have three daughters and 9 grandchildren.
